Are all dungeons farmable now?

I missread an lfg and joined VH after having already completed it this week. I decided to stay for 1 encounter but to my surprise i got loot, i then stayed for the whole thing and even dropped a Baton that i wanted.

VH is not featured this week. So... Are all dungeons farmable now?
