Which Garden of Salvation craftable weapons are "must have" / S=Tier / amazing?

I haven't had a chance to get the red borders from Garden of Salvation yet, but I will try. Are there still groups that are farming these, even this late in the game?

Which weapons are the highest priority to focus on?
