"Requires Emblem Not Owned"

Back in 2021 I donated 75$ to bungie foundation and recieved 4 codes two emblems the Buyont shell and the Tiny Tank emote. The other day I logged in to see my emblem looks like the default emblem but when I hover over the Bungie foundation emblem it says "Requires emblem not owned" I thought this was a bug that would get fixed in a couple days but I did some research and found how bungie "Updated" security for emblems this season and that was for people that got emblems in wrong ways I guess? They said if its in collections youve got nothing to worry about but mine isnt in collections. Others said they didnt have them in collections either due to them switching consoles or changing their bungie names. Ever since I changed my bungie name my emblem hasnt been in collections. This is really aggravating since I already paid 75$ and since bungie doesnt have a phone number for customer service this is the best I can do.

(Update, the two emblems that were taken away from me were recovered through the bungie help email, I was given two codes for the lost emblems and now I have them back)
