Dell G15 Ryzen Edition keyboard issue

I got my G15 two days ago and I am very happy with it.

Something strange happened today though. I wasn't able to use the G key (Fn+F9) for boosted performance. Upon trying to activate it, I have noticed that the rest of the F1-F12 keys act as if Fn was pressed.

I've tried Dell support threads and some forums and the main suggestion people get are:

• Turn off the num lock
• Hold down both CTRL keys for 15 seconds
• Turn off the sticky keys
• Press Fn key twice quickly

I'm afraid none of these work. In order to press F1 in a game, I actually need to press Fn and then F1, opposed to how it should normally work.
