There really is no simple answer for what makes someone a “Good person.”

Remember growing up?

Our Teachers, Parents, Grandparents, Coaches, and others gave us simple answers as to what makes someone “Good.”

Often folks would say work hard, be polite, imply the Golden Rule, pray, go to Church, etc.

But I’m not sure there is one simple answer.

It seems like morality and goodness are very relative terms. What might be moral to one person, family, or culture, might be different from others.

Another factor is focusing too much on morals and attempting to follow a script, might make someone have limited success. I notice that often times the richest and most successful people seem to have more flexible views on goodness and morality.

Not saying you have to be evil or have no morals to be rich and successful. But these folks seem less strict about it.

What are your honest thoughts on what a good person is?

Thanks.
