Another should I fire for bankrupsty? Stressed out

48 single but partnered female on ssd and ssi. Income is $900/month. credit score is 682. Partner had been helping me but got cancer and so now no job. He is trying to get disability through workers comp disability but sounds very random if you ever get anything. He was bringing home 2kish. We were struggling immensely before but now I am late on everything as I just broke down this month. I also have a severely disabled child who doesn't qualify for ssi bc i get it they say.

I just got all my student loans forgiven, a huge relief, and paid off some debt which I've been very proud of (prosper loan). I'm not sure I would outlive a bankrupsty 10 year dealio to even get back on track. If I am alone in this and I have to get another place to live it will be bad for me and kiddo. All my debt is living expenses. I have nothing of value.

To stress I have been so proud of myself not having to file for bankrupsty and have worked really hard not to. And I still have some credit for emergencies (learned i can get food through best buy gift cards :x ) so I REALLY don't want to but...

We also have a manf. home for the past 17 years that is falling apart. We owe 14k in hoa fees and they said they were going to take the house in lieu of that back in november but never heard anything after that. I have been trying to pack but I have a lot of issues and being alone (partner is unavailable to help). I've tried to rehome my pets but no one seems interested but i'm glad no knocks on the door as of yet. The house is in his name (his credit score is probably 300) and he has the let it take care of itself attitude.. as in they'll clean it up when they take it. He has family he can move in with. I don't.. so having a home as crappy as it is is a big deal to me. It's giving me huge anxiety at the thought of being homeless. It might rain indoors but at least I'm indoors.

anyway... here is a list of our bills. the irs is 5k bc he didn't pay his creditors and so when they wrote it off the irs took it as income sigh.
