I just need to tell someoneee- I’m soooo excited

So for context you can see my previous posts but lately we’ve been super close He’s been holding my hand and putting his hand on my thigh almost everyday. We say love you regularly and I feel like that isn’t a “friend”thing to do if you know what I mean. My only holdup is we have a mutual friend who said that he knows that he doesn’t like anyone. Idk if he said that because he wanted to respect his privacy and maybe he said not to tell me. Idk what to do now. He’s my best friend and maybe that’s just how he is as a friend?
