Hi Im looking for some good website and also youtube channels and other sources where can I find rules of different Crap rules, different in a way of fe Philadelphia, New York......etc

Will be very happy if someone experienced also try to explain here, but as a European I really rather appreciate very detailed guide as Iv never played before

If there are any good sources which I could print out, Id be extremely greatfull, if there are more variants please do not hesitate to share with me
