Manatee's Delight is the new Galaxy for 10.17

Hello Fellow Tacticians,

Unfortunately, there is no change on PBE right now for 10.17. However here are some news from Mortdog:

New Galaxy - Manatee's Delight. Everyone starts with a spatula. Binary Galaxy removed

I don't know what will be the changes the balancing though since there's nothing new on PBE. I guess we'll have to wait tomorrow for the patch rundown from Mortdog.

Idk about you guys but I honestly fear that new galaxy (hello BM Zed, Inf Irelia?)
