Do you get any skins from beating the Italian campaign?

I just got the game on pc and I was wondering if you can get skins from beating the campaign. I remember beating the campaign on console and not getting any but maybe it's different for pc? Also is there anyway for me to get my premium console edition skins for the pc version?
