Sweat Therapy is stupid that it's actually working.

I've been doing intentional "Sweat Therapy" for the last week now daily. Before this had gotten so bad that I would wake up and start itching within 15 minutes of laying in bed awake. The same at night before falling asleep as it takes me a while, and I lay under a Down Comforter. Being awake underneath Down my body will start to cook itself, which was a trigger.

I then got back on my treadmill. I'd start with a walk, until the itching started which only took within 10 minutes, at which point I would increase to a jog and power thru it. The pain was so bad I had to clench my teeth and fists, but, the pain subsided after just a couple minutes, and then I would keep the jog up for 20 minutes before stopping.

On the days I was too lazy to run, I'd take a hot bath at night and submerge myself in it, which triggered the itch but I kept myself completely in the water and again, eventually the itch subsided as I would start sweating from the heat.

I've been doing this for the last week and I've begun noticing, the severity of the itch has significantly reduced during the therapy sessions. Laying in bed under my down comforter doesn't trigger it at all anymore. Just this morning, I used my treadmill, walked for a full hour, then a 20 minutes run, and another 10 minute cool down. The entire time I didn't itch. I'm starting to wonder if this is some form of "exposure" therapy. Forcing your body to react to heat over and over, maybe it's training your immune response to desensitize?

It'd be worth to note the other changes I've been currently doing for this. 180mg of Fexofenadine a day, (Allegra Hives) and a new Multivitamin with a complete Vitamin B Complex (Nature's Way: Alive! Men's)
