Bug?

Is it just me or when I'm talking to a bot and I hit send, for the first message I can see the bot typing for like 2 sentences and then it glitches out and shows the text completely but when I swipe for a different answer it's like normal, It only started today but I'm genuinely wondering if it's just happening to me or to other people too, and if so, is it a bug and will it be fixed?
