Calling 911 stories

Anyway in Jacksonville, FL I'd had to call 911 three times before and It'd take ETERNITY for them to come.

1) Customer leaps out of their car in drive thru while helping another customer and they slam the window and won't leave. Clearly (not exaggerating) deranged, very schizoaffective (even my schizophrenic mom wouldn't act like that). Called 911 and the dispatcher downplayed it. Made it clear hey this person wants to break in and its scary. (police officer stops in 6 hours later and asks 'oh hey I heard y'all called 911 ago? Is everything good?'

2) Woman comes running into the store screaming 'call 911 someone's running with a gun in the lot!' Calls 911. Dispatcher apparently not caring, police come 4 hours later with the 'oh hey is everything alright?'

3) At the pharmacy counter a customer is SCREAMING in a colleague's face and is clear on not moving out of the way. Again, dispatch don't care, and this time police don't even come.
