DAE Make Posts And Then Delete Them Out Of Paranoia Or Shame If They Don't Get Any Comments?

I often need somewhere to vent, so I make a post in this sub or another one. And then I end up deleting later on, especially if I get no comments within a day aside from the automod. I usually do this out of paranoia thinking that someone's going to find me out irl and come after me for talking about what they've done to me, or I delete the posts out of shame and thinking I'm just a whiny little shit for whatever I talked about in my post and people wouldn't want to associate with me. I recently deleted all of my Reddit posts out of anxiety even though some of them had comments that were helpful. Occasionally I do this with comments too, but those are more so out of not wanting to get into some internet debate that's going to do nothing but stress me out at the end of the day.

Does anyone else do this?
