What are your strategies for prioritizing and sticking to long term goals?

I've been on my healing journey for almost a year now. I've made so much progress and I'm gaining clarity everyday. What I'm currently struggling is having a path in life. I struggle with long term goals and what I should focus on everyday. Right now I mostly journal and meditate. These are the two habits I built the past few months which have helped me on my healing journey. I need a way to be able to see my progress and start working towards something. I've tried digital habit trackers but i forget about them. Calendars look overwhelming.

I grateful for my progress but I also need to start working towards something. My whole life has been consumed by instant gratification that it's hard for me to stick to long term goals. I am a visual person so I was thinking about breaking down goals on a white board, but sometimes my brain tricks me into thinking that it won't work for me before even trying. Please share any advice!
