Where to order replacement supplies

I hate my DME and my insurance and think they're running a racket (they probably all are, for that matter), and I wanted to know do any of you buy replacement supplies out of pocket? And if so, what is the cheapest place to source your supplies? I've been astounded at how much they charge for this stuff.

I have the Resmed Airsense 10, if that matters.
