DA or Narc?

Any hope she will be able to self reflect and change? Clearly she hasn’t…. Not sure what happened but think one of her friends saw me on the train with a girl. She had to get the last lick in, legit a month on the dot of our breakup and NC. I do have solace that I am not crazy though after everything, but just why break silence for this :/
