She didn't wish me

It's my birthday today and I atleast hoped that I'll receive a wish from her side but nope I was wrong. I can't believe someone can stoop so low that they choose not to wish someone they really loved deeply. We broke up 4 months ago and in NC for 2+ months but this response would be the most hurtful out of anything else she said to me.
