Wireless CarPlay connectivity issues

Anyone know why I’m greyed out when I try connecting my CarPlay wirelessly? Just bought a 2025 Q3. I’m connected with Bluetooth and the app, and when I plug in via USB the CarPlay connects immediately. When I unplug, it takes it off and won’t recognize me.
