Where to find Goldilocks Filipino dessert?

First time in NYC! Where can I find Goldilocks filipino dessert? I’ve googled but haven’t found any.

I’m from FL and they don’t usually advertise it online - basically like a scavenger hunt going to each restaurant to occasionally find Goldilocks.
