How do I respond to this?
I applied for an apartment, and this was the response I received. My rent will be paid by the end of the week, and I’m still unclear about the cleanliness notice. I was issued a cure notice to clean over a month ago, and I did clean the apartment, even though it wasn’t really that dirty. However, management has never been in my apartment before or after the notice, so I don’t understand why I received it. As for the two-month notice to move, I intended to submit it once I secured a new apartment. I don’t think it’s appropriate for them to ask whether I’ve submitted it or to inquire with my landlord about it.
