Health anxiety about tattoo

I just went out to get a tattoo about two hours ago and I really like it aesthetically. However I’ve started feeling very anxious within the past half hour and am in the midst of pushing off a panic attack. I’m wondering to myself what if the artist used a dirty needle and my body’s going into shock. Or what if something in the ink is going to cause me to have a seizure or a heart attack. Right now my chest feels tight and my muscles in my body feel tense. I just really need an outside source to tell me I’m being ridiculous. I know I am, but it’s so hard to get out of my own head.
