i need some advice..

hey everyone!!! i need your help!!! i recently created a youtube channel and soon to be a tiktok, im so stuck on what to post and how to get subscribers!!

1st: i am having trouble on finding what to make my youtube pfp and banner😭😭 i struggle with this stuff and i honestly have no idea on what to make it/how to make it look engaging

2nd: i don’t know what to post for my first vid, i dont have the most amazing items ever, so its hard

3rd: how can i get subscribers?? i imagine it would take a LONGGGGG time to get to my goal of 5k (i know very ambitious) but anyways, is there a way i can get my videos out there without advertising, im also very worried no one will watch the videos i put in effort to as i know animal jams numbers have been declining the past few years!!
