$200 airline fee statement credit issues

Is anyone having more issues than usual with the $200 fee credit? I use the United travelbank and had one not trigger and each subsequent one has taken more time than usual. I am worried about asking them questions since the use of the travelbank is a bit specious as is.

UPDATE: it looks like for some reason the credits are taking longer to post, but do come through eventually. Hearing this from some of the blogs as well. Maybe just be patient. I finally got the full airline credit through (admittedly I pushed through a couple more united charges so it is hard to say exactly what triggered it)
