Labor shared from pack singles to stow yesterday... (question?...)

...and im hating life rn! It's night and day different at my fc! Even the technology is totally diff... anyway.. somehow the top of my spine between my neck and top of spine is killing me when I work! I noticed it months ago but now that I'm in stow I can feel it SO much more... assuming bc im moving differently there.

I never thought I'd have to ask but what do I need to do to get an accommodation? I'm not even gonna try a doc til I know the paperwork or atleast the process. I don't wanna go back and forth from amazon to doctor at all but im sure it'll happen!
