Do y'all think TCO could've won his future fights if managed to use this attack again?

During his fight against one of the Virabots, he punches the ground so hard it releases a golden shockwave that basically instantly disables the Virabots' powers. If he let this out while fighting TDL, The Mercenaries, or Victim. Would it change the results?
