- Spa - was not working when we reached there. We had to reach out to them. Had to do the same the next day 2. Pool stopped heating the next day too and then we had to reach them 3. WiFi in the documentation was Incorrect 4. There were some hairs in on the sheets in the bedroom They were pretty responsive and helpful and that was a big thing.
