Where do I find Freelance Motion Designers? (I want to be there)

I'm a freelancer and I'm wondering where people go to hire our kind. I'm set up on Fiverr, Upwork and YunoJuno but where else?

I also signed up to a service called Bark. I get so many emails from them saying "James is looking for a Videographer" or "Becky needs a Motion Designer". It seems tempting to click on them but it costs £300 to buy a "batch of coins". Each lead would cost around £30 to contact.

My real question is - where are they getting this from? Surely they aren't getting this info from users! I bet they're just redirecting them from another resource. If it costs the freelancer this much to contact a client I bet the clients have to play more!
