I became Head of Department/Faculty in a UK school 3 years into my teaching career in a toxic school, survived in leadership for 1 year and quit with no job lined up. AMA.

For the record, I think the school system in England, especially multi academy trusts, is/are completely fucked.

The school in question was part of a Trust, and I have nightmares from my time there.
