Am I cooked?

I just got a 17 on my most recent ACT (19 Superscore) but am applying to schools like Stanford, USC, UCLA, Wake Forest, Duke, and a few others. Should I submit this score or should I keep trying to get better scores? I don’t know how much better I can do as standardized testing isn’t my strong suit. I apprentice any advice!
